General rules and costs

We usually process your order in 1-2 days, if the product is available in stock and we received your payment.
In case of delay, we'll inform you as soon as possible.

Please note: due to Italian law, goods' transport is on buyer risk.
Therefore, evaluate the the chance to choose insured shipping, with protects you from transport risks.
Carrier shipping is always insured, mail shipping is not.

Please provide that you or someone else could receive and sign for parcel at delivering, because the Carrier, in case of absence, could leave the parcel to Reception or other unauthorized person.
Please check the parcel was integral, sealed by our Shipping Dept., before signing the receipt.

NOTE: signing the receipt, you relieve the carrier from any responsibility.
We cannot be responsible of shipping damages or stealing if you have signed the receipt before checking.

The shipping cost depends on the shipping method you choose (registered mail or express carrier), the weight of the parcel and its destination.The shipping cost is easily calculated by our Shopping Cart, and includes also the handling.
Both the shipping costs (mail and carrier) are viewable before filling in your data.

Your invoice comes with your product; if it's a gift, please ask for separate mailing, even to a different address.

Shipping to Italy

Express Carrier - insured

Usually the delivery time is 24 hours for shipments to North and Central Italy, and 48 hours to Southern Italy and isles. This timing is NOT guaranteed.

Mail - NOT insured

We can ship as Raccomandata (= registered mail) or as Pacco Postale (=mail parcel), depending on the parcel's size and weight.
Both these shipping methods require a signature at delivery, but they are not insured.
Timing can widely vary during the year, 2 to 10 days and more. We'll send you a mail message for shipping confirmation with your Poste Italiane tracking number, that you can digit in Poste Italiane website (only in Italian) only if it's a Raccomandata.

International Shipping

Extra-European customers may pay local taxes at delivery, depending on their local customs law.

By Express Carrier - air shipping

For exact timing, please check FedEx website (usually delivered in 24/48 hours to the most of Europe and North America).
In our e-mail message of shipping confirmation, you'll see your tracking number, which allows you to monitor your parcel in FedEx website.

By Mail - ground shipping

We can ship small packages as Raccomandata (refills, nibs, bijoux, small accessories). Over, we ship as Pacco ordinario (=regular parcel), ground, not airmail. These shipping methods require your signature at delivery, but they're not insured.
Timing can widely vary during the year, 1 to 4 weeks and more. We'll send you an e-mail message for shipping confirmation with your tracking number, that in case of Raccomandata you can digit in Poste Italiane website (only in Italian), but tracking is available only until Italian board. Postal parcels are not trackable.
